Cancun 

I’m in Cancun, on vacation. I’ll write more next week, I promise.

 For now, why don’t you tell me where you’d like to go? What’s your dream vacation? Talk to me in comments and I’ll mail someone thing cool next week. Happy New Year!

    that is one gorgeous picture..i would give up a limb for a vacation like that.. anywhere actually…hubby and i have never had the money for a trip like that.. our dream is to go to hawaii someday.. right now i would settle for anywhere above zero..lol

    My dream vacation is Italy and Greece. They are on my list of things I must do. Hopefully I can manage it while I’m still relatively young.

    My dream vacation is to go to Hawaii and Australia. Nothing but fun and sun on the beach. :mrgreen:

    Hi Ann

    Cancun? I wish I was there!!! (it’s really cold here and I don’t like cold).

    I would love to go to Austria. I was watching the Sound of Music on tv the other day and thought that is a place I would like to go to before I die.

    But if I can’t get to the mountains in Austria then I will settle for any mountains in the US, which right now is a more realistic a vacation. I’ll be heading to the Smokey Mountains in a couple of months and I know that I will have a hard time leaving there. They are just so tranquil.

    One other place that I can visit again and again is Savannah, GA.

    Oh that picture is to die for. I’m so jealous!

    I would love to go back to Maui. My husband and I were married on Maui and I’ve been dying to go back ever since but the little munchkins put a dent in that plan. Someday, maybe in a year or two, we’ll go back.

    dream vacation…. maui, sun sand, ohhh and private beach so me and the hubby can skinny dip! cant have tan lines after all… though lots of sunscreen for senstive parts…ouch thinking of that! cool drinks, and a place with a view of the beach and the fluffies bed ever…. ohhh i wanna go there now!

    Normally I wouldn’t be able to decide… but right now my dream vacation would be to go to Vegas to see my aunt. I haven’t seen her since before my mom died in Feb. 1989, and she told me about three months ago that she has the same kind of cancer that killed my mother. They can’t even treat her, and I’d really love to get to see her again before… Sorry if I brought anyone down.

    My dream vacation would be to go to Egypt and see King Tut’s tomb and the pyramids. I would also like to see Tel Amara, where Tut’s daddy started his heretical religion. Something about ancient Egypt draws me there.

    On another note, I’m praying for you Michele that you’ll be able to see your aunt. There’s nothing like family so don’t feel bad you spoke your feelings.

    Dream vacation..? Sorry, ladies, no sun and beach for me! I have always wanted to visit Peru and Machu Picchu, the Lost City of the Incas.(Of course it’s better if it’s a sunny day)
    But the picture was great…

    :twisted: First, your vacation looks great!!! Don’t everyone scream at me, but my dream vacation was fulfilled when I lived in England for three years and from there explored Scotland several times and Wales. I’d visited Ireland back in ‘83. But, if I could do an overseas vacation again, I’d love to go back to all those places. Places I haven’t see but would like to see overseas would include Italy (especially Herculaneum and Pompeii and Tuscany in general), Australia and New Zealand.

    My dream vacation would be to take a train ride through
    the Canadian Rockies with dh. I dream about a train ride where you can go to the dining car and eat, you can go to the look-out car and watch the beautiful scenery and you can sleep in a sleeper car.

    I’d like to go to Turkey. I am both an ancient historian (professionally—well, getting there) and a belly dancer (for fun), and Turkey has plenty to interest both. And don’t get me started on the jewelry. . .

    Oh my god personally I would do about anything to quit my little bunker :lol: serious quit my country , go out and have some beach like that one its so beautiful :cool:
