Including my cell phone, dvd player, my tivo, and our new tv. ( Now that one was truly hell in a box!). I will readily admit, I just don't get it, the directions I read just don't compute to what I see. So I just turn it over to them, and wait for my condensed tutorial. I still don't know how to do that- I drop people when I try! I am like you- I turn the phone off when I'm not doing anything. My house has very thick walls and in the basement, I have no cell reception. Thank goodness for the olde landline phones!! Hooray for the technologically challenged! This is SO funny, Denise!
